Spanish Bowline

Spanish Bowline


Step 1
Fold the rope into two bights.

Step 2
Cross them into the Spanish form.

Step 3
Tuck each bight through the center.

Step 4
Dress both loops to the same size.

Step 5
Both loops stay open.

Common mistakes
- One loop collapsing as you dress the other.
