    The drawing follows this tying order. Pause, step, or scrub to stay with the words. The standing line runs to the reel. The tag is the short end you trim. Skin-hook means the point lies flat in the plastic, not out where grass can grab it.

  1. Step 1

    Around the line you are tensioning.

  2. Step 2

    Two turns on the load side.

  3. Step 3

    One turn outside.

  4. Step 4

    Finish that outside turn as a half hitch.

  5. Step 5

    Slide to set the tension.
