Manrope Knot

Step 1
A standing rope splits into three loose strands.

Step 2
Crown: each strand lays over the next one, clockwise, and the ends come up in the center.

Step 3
Wall: under that crown, each strand goes under the next strand.

Step 4
Follow around: each strand lays beside its own previous part for one more turn.

Step 5
Dress a knob taller than the wall and crown. The extra turn sits above the first crown.
The drawing follows this tying order. Pause, step, or scrub to stay with the words. The standing line runs to the reel. The tag is the short end you trim. Skin-hook means the point lies flat in the plastic, not out where grass can grab it.
Common mistakes
- Stopping after the first crown.
- Strands out of order.
