    The drawing follows this tying order. Pause, step, or scrub to stay with the words. The standing line runs to the reel. The tag is the short end you trim. Skin-hook means the point lies flat in the plastic, not out where grass can grab it.

  1. Step 1

    Tie a loose figure-eight in the first rope.

  2. Step 2

    Thread the second rope backward along that figure.

  3. Step 3

    Follow every crossing.

  4. Step 4

    Dress until the pairs lie flat.

  5. Step 5

    Pull the standing parts.
