    The drawing follows this tying order. Pause, step, or scrub to stay with the words. The standing line runs to the reel. The tag is the short end you trim. Skin-hook means the point lies flat in the plastic, not out where grass can grab it.

  1. Step 1

    Hitch the first leg to the ring.

  2. Step 2

    Hitch the second leg to the same ring.

  3. Step 3

    Even the two legs.

  4. Step 4

    The ring should sit in the middle of the load.

  5. Step 5

    Pull both standing parts together.

Common mistakes

  • One leg much longer, so it takes no load.
  • A reef knot joining the two legs.
